There are nine minifigures in LEGO Icons 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D, ready to man the 3,600-piece Star Trek LEGO set.
As the very first LEGO Star Trek set, the LEGO Group is introducing nine iconic characters from the franchise as minifigures – as well as a bonus tenth character in the accompanying GWP, 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod. While Star Trek fans will likely be able to recognise them at first glance, we've broken down all 10 minifigures below, as well as highlight their unique personal accessories.
Almost all the minifigures have arm printing, to best reflect the Starfleet uniform. That uniform appears to be based on the version used from the third season onwards, as shown by the V-neck print around the collar.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard
First off, you couldn't have a LEGO USS Enterprise without Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Wearing his signature uniform, he's also sporting a cup of tea, Earl Grey, hot – naturally. Being bald, there's only one face print on this minifigure, as well as frown and jawlines to replicate Sir Patrick Stewart's visage.
Commander William Riker
Next up is Commander William Riker, who appears along with his very own trombone. If he gets tired of holding it, the instrument has its own brick-built stand – which will be useful, considering this is the largest minifigure accessory in the set.
Lieutenant Worf
Lieutenant Worf debuts a new mould for his uniquely shaped head, as well as an alternate torso print to include the special Klingon Baldric that he wears throughout most of his time on screen. His accessory is a phaser, which appears to be a Type 2 version, if the green strip is anything to go by.
Lieutenant Commander Data
Lieutenant Commander Data appears in the set alongside Spot the cat. His unique complexion is reflected in the minifigure's skin tone, spotted on his face and hands.
Dr Beverly Crusher
Dr Beverly Crusher is ready to assist any injured or sick minifigures, equipped with her trusty medical tricorder. She's the only minifigure to wear the blue Starfleet uniform.
Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge
Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge appears with a printed face that includes his visor, while also carrying a Starfleet engineering case, full of tools to fix the ship.
Counsellor Deanna Troi
Counsellor Deanna Troi wears a lilac jumpsuit in her minifigure version, one of many uniform variants she wears throughout her tenure. She's also carrying with her a PADD, printed with what appears to be data on something that looks a lot like a LEGO bricks.
Bartender Guinan
Bartender Guinan, the bartender at Ten Forward, debuts a new dual-moulded element for her hat and hair. The minifigure wears the purple outfit that Guinan was often spotted in, complete with the uniquely shaped hat and carries with her a glass of green Aldebaran whiskey, the LEGO crew's apparent non-synthehol drink of choice.
Wesley Crusher
Wesley Crusher appears in his teenage look, wearing his sweater rather than an official uniform as he appears in later seasons. To represent his age, he also uses short legs rather than long adult ones. In keeping with his habit of coming up with gadgets, he's carrying a brick-built portable tractor beam generator, with a transparent blue rod as if it's in action.
Ensign Ro Laren
If you pick up 40768 Star Trek: Type-15 Shuttlepod, you'll also get Ensign Ro Laren minifigure as a bonus minifigure, complete with a unique face print with a Bajoran earring and forehead with a couple of distinctive ridges in keeping with her species.
LEGO Icons 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D will be available to buy from November 28, 2025, retailing at £349.99 in the UK, $399.99 in the US, and from €379.99 in Europe. Early adopters will also be able to pick up the set-exclusive GWP 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod until December 1, or while stocks last.
