What's next for LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean fans?

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship has proven to be popular, leaving the question of what's next for fans.

10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship has only been available to LEGO Insiders for a couple of days, but it hasn't taken long for the new set to go on back order online worldwide. It doesn't go up for general sale until tomorrow, proving that LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean remains popular eight years after its last release.

The sheer popularity of 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship might inspire another LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean set, and the evidence would suggest that fans would be eager for more. While absolutely nothing has been confirmed, another ship remake could focus on revisiting 2011's 4195 Queen Anne's Revenge. It might also be suitable to finally depict the Flying Dutchman in LEGO, as proposed by fan designer TrumanBricks. This is only speculation, but there is something confirmed for LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean fans to be aware of.

Even with no further confirmed LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean sets, there's one future release for new owners of 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship to keep in mind. BrickPerfection's Privateer Frigate Fortuna is an upcoming set of Series 7 of the BrickLink Designer Program, and it will be the ideal model to represent many of the antagonistic vessels from the movie franchise.

With 4,000 proposed pieces, it will scale well next to 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship's 2,862 elements as well. Crowdfunding for the Series 7 model starts on February 1, 2026. That should give LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean fans enough time to save up for this future ship, ready for an astounding Pirates of the Caribbean display.

While you wait for your copy of 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship to arrive, you can take a closer look at all of the BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 sets by clicking here. 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship is available to order now for £299.99 / $379.99 / €349.99, but be aware that you will need to wait at least a few weeks for it to arrive at the time of writing.
