Stock dates for LEGO Pokémon’s biggest set continue to shift

LEGO Pokémon’s biggest set to date remains out of reach in many regions, as supplies of 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise change once again.

Despite having launched over a week ago, stock of most LEGO Pokémon sets remains stable, with only 40892 Kanto Region Badge Collection and 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise remaining out of fans’ reach. While the former is now gone for good, the later remains on back order as supply dates continue to shift.

On release day, 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise was showing as shipping by March 18 in the UK, March 19 in the US and March 17 in Europe. Those dates have now moved once more, requiring those hoping to pick up the massive LEGO Pokémon model to change their purchasing plans.

At the time of this writing, 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise is now showing as shipping by March 11 in the UK, copies of the 6,838-piece build will ship in 60 days in the US and those in Europe can expect to receive their LEGO Pokémon sets by March 27.

While some copies of 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise may pop up in a few physical retail stores, those who can’t wait to get their hands on the LEGO Pokémon set will have no choice but to spend more on the potentially pricey secondary market.

Stock of 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise is likely to stabilise in the months to come, although the model still remains the most expensive LEGO Pokémon release revealed to date.
