The fifth series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program is underway with voting on 305 designs taking place, including many space submissions.
It's time to have your say in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 5 and space enthusiasts have quite a few models to vote on using the emoji-based system. We've scoured through the list of space sets to see exactly what fans of everything from Classic Space to Galaxy Squad can potentially look forward to as full sets.
We'll have to see whether or not any of these builds are chosen to become LEGO BrickLink Designer Program builds in the crowdfunding stage but for now, here's every LEGO space project in the fifth series.
Asteroid Rest Station
Pieces: 1,071 Stickers: 2 Minifigures: 4
Four minifigures are proposed to be stopping in at a rest station perched on top of an asteroid topped with the Classic Space logo. This submission is designed by ProbablyDylan.
Classic Space Themed Transport System
Pieces: 2,377 Stickers: 5 Minifigures: 0
The Classic Space Themed Transport System by BradyLa is a crossover between LEGO trains and LEGO Classic Space, even hauling a recognisable spaceship, a rover and more.
The Solar Stingray
Pieces: 625 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 1
Exoboy555's The Solar Stringray is a creatively shaped spacecraft complete with one minifigure and would be an inexpensive addition to the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 5 selection.
SPACE RANGER MECH-SUIT
Pieces: 698 Stickers: 1 Minifigures: 2
MR.YJ is proposing a LEGO space mech similar to many projects before it, but at a smaller piece count and lower price point complete with a display stand.
Mars Habitat
Pieces: 1,521 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 4
The Mars Habitat by Arcturus7 would be a good addition to the recent LEGO City space sets and comes with a rover, a robot and a small drone.
Outta This World Treehouse
Pieces: 1,499 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 3
At nearly 1,500 pieces, the Outta This WorldTreehouse by enowicki10 is one of the most visually unique LEGO space sets in the series.
FireStar Suppressor
Pieces: 409 Stickers: 1 Minifigures: 0
The Firestar Suppressor by maddadbricks has 409 pieces with a detachable vehicle and one minifigure included and would make for another inexpensive LEGO BrickLink Designer Program set.
Legacy Squad Insectoid Pit
Pieces: 585 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 2
The Legacy Squad, an elite branch of the Galaxy Squad, is battling an insectoid worm in MinifiginSpace's submission, referencing a modern LEGO space theme that doesn't get as much attention as others.
Space Supply Station Gamma
Pieces: 2,418 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 6
The fifth series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program could do with a LEGO space set and giorgioChronas' Space Supply Station Gamma is an interesting proposal with moving parts, vehicles and hangar bays.
Heavens Starbase
Pieces: 3,996 Stickers: 14 Minifigures: 6
The Heavens Starbase by BrickAbe includes six minifigures and uses 3,996 pieces to depict three vehicles and a detailed space base with plenty of details to discover inside.
Galactic City
Pieces: 2,725 Stickers: 0 Minifigures: 2
Enowicki10's microscale Galactic City is unlike many other LEGO BrickLink Designer Program projects and depicts a small city floating in space, even including a display stand with two smiling minifigures.
The Return to Planet U

MinifigInSpace is also pitching a LEGO Rock Raiders model, which is set in space, featuring a friendly Slimy Slug carrying some equipment and a rock model that features tributes to the classic theme.
