UK retailer John Lewis has tweaked how it displays the RRP of some sets, meaning there are some sets priced far more attractively than they first appear. That includes several LEGO Star Wars sets released this year, including Rebuild the Galaxy's 75393 TIE Fighter & X-Wing Mash-up and 25th anniversary sets, such as 75379 R2-D2 and 75376 Tantive IV.

It's been almost as big a year for LEGO Technic as it has been for LEGO Star Wars, with a number of huge, detailed models released this year. Thankfully for the LEGO Technic fans who don't want to risk bankruptcy this year, John Lewis offers the lowest prices we've seen yet on both 42177 Mercedes-Benz G 500 Professional Line and 42182 NASA Apollo LRV Lunar Roving Vehicle.
