Here are seven of the best LEGO minifigures to be found in the January 2025 LEGO sets that you'll be able to start collecting in just a few days. Get your wishlists together while you still can, keeping these amazing minifigures in mind.

First Avenger Captain America

Set: 76313 MARVEL Logo Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 Pieces: 931

LEGO Marvel 76313 MARVEL Logo has four exclusive minifigures to collect alongside the new Black Widow but of the heroic additions to LEGO Marvel, it's the first minifigures based on Captain America: The First Avenger that is likely to captivate next week.

While this first minifigure based on the iconic Marvel movie isn't rife with details, it's a notable release for LEGO Marvel since the film has been almost entirely excluded from the theme for years. Now, it seems to be eligible for minifigures and models.

Metal Sonic

Set: 77002 Cyclone vs. Metal Sonic Price: £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99 Pieces: 290

LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog's new minifigures are all impressive for fans of the games but Metal Sonic's debut minifigure is worth highlighting on its own. With printing on the legs and dual-moulding arms, there's something unique about them that changes minifigure design forever.

Metal Sonic has an additional neck joint on the back of its head, allowing you to pose the head looking directly up, or directly forward when Metal Sonic is in flight. No other minifigure has done anything like this to our knowledge and it's a bold move for the gaming theme to make, kicking off 2025.

Spider-Verse Miles Morales

Set: 76311 Miles Morales vs. the Spot Price: £44.99 / $49.99 / €49.99 Pieces: 375

LEGO Marvel has earned a few spots on this list, continuing with 76311 Miles Morales vs. The Spot's Miles Morales minifigure. After waiting years for minifigures and sets based on the animated Spider-Verse movies, Miles Morales debuts with one of the best alternate heads for a minifigure to date next year.

Miles' extra head features a face print referencing a popular meme from the first movie that is sure to be popular with Marvel fans next year. Combine that with the minifigure's torso print which emulates the animation style of the Spider-Verse movies and this is one minifigure to collect starting next week.

Zero

Set: 71497 Cooper's Tiger Mech and Zero's Hot Rod Car Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 Pieces: 1,006

There's one aspect of LEGO DREAMZzz that consistently impresses every year – the villain minifigures. While we've yet to learn much of LEGO DREAMZzz's story for 2025, it would appear that Zero in 71497 Cooper's Tiger Mech and Zero's Hot Rod Car is the new big bad and their fashion is on point.

With a gaming-inspired gladiatorial helmet, a stylish red jack and dual-moulded legs, Zero in the biggest LEGO DREAMZzz January 2025 is one especially impressive minifigure – even when it comes to the lofty expectations LEGO DREAMZzz has managed to set.

Two-Face

Set: 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker Price: £54.99 / $59.99 / €59.99 Pieces: 429

Switching to LEGO DC, there's a new The Dark Knight trilogy set coming next week in the form of 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker. Alongside Batman and The Joker, it's Two-Face's new minifigure in the model that has caught our eye.

The realistic take on the villainous character finally has a minifigure as scarred as it is meant to be depicted and a unique hair element greatly helps achieve the burned effect that makes this version of Two-Face recognisable. It's currently exclusive to 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker.

Ultron

Set: 76307 Iron Man Mech vs. Ultron Price: £12.99 / $14.99 / €14.99 Pieces: 101

LEGO Marvel's new mechs both include exclusive minifigures but at £12.99 / $14.99 / €14.99, 76307 Iron Man Mech vs. Ultron is certainly one to prioritise thanks to its new Ultron minifigure.

The robotic villain has been missing from LEGO Marvel for years and we finally have a comic-inspired minifigure of Ultron that serves as a more-than-worthy replacement for his Marvel Cinematic Universe minifigure too. For the price, this is one Marvel minifigures you can't afford to miss.

Padawan Ahsoka Tano

Set: 75401 Ahsoka's Jedi Interceptor Price: £39.99 / $44.99 / €44.99 Pieces: 290

Of the new LEGO Star Wars minifigures coming in January 2025, it's Padawan Ahsoka from 75401 Ahsoka's Jedi Interceptor that will likely be at the top of your list next year. The Clone Wars version of the character has had a minifigure before but that one had distinctly massive eyes. Thankfully, the LEGO Star Wars team have since gone back to standard minifigure eyes, offering a much better version of Ahsoka in this outfit.

With rare leg printing for LEGO Star Wars and new printing on her lekku element, Ahsoka Tano's new minifigure is possibly the best out of all of them in January 2025.
