In the first weekend after payday, here are a wide range of LEGO deals across various themes that suit any budget, from £50 to £500.
No matter how much you have to spend, a LEGO deal is always tempting – and the bigger the discount, the more tempting it is. We've broken down some of the best sets currently on offer across the web right now, sorted according to budget, so everyone has something to build this weekend, no matter how much they want to spend.
LEGO deals under £50
Building LEGO might seem like it's getting a more and more expensive hobby to maintain but it doesn't need to be. There are various LEGO sets that offer a engaging build experience and an impressive display, all for less than £50. Perhaps the most striking of the three we've selected is 10331 Kingfisher Bird, reduced to just £35.99 at John Lewis right now.
For something a little more play-focused, consider 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack for less than £20 right now, or the recent addition to the LEGO Harry Potter theme, 76433 Mandrake, now £12 off at GAME.
LEGO deals between £50 and £100
If you've got a little more money to play with this month, a recent release that we're surprised to see reduced so soon is 10330 McLaren MP4/4 & Ayrton Senna, a striking display model complete with a detailed minifigure of a sporting icon, Ayrton Senna himself. In the same sale from John Lewis, you can also pick up 43247 Young Simba the Lion King for £91.99, a tempting early discount.
More and more LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary sets are being revealed all the time, but if you've been waiting for a reason to buy 75379 R2-D2, there's no better time than now, ahead of the release of its perfect companion in the buildable Threepio – and now reduced to just £71 at GAME.
LEGO deals between £100 and £150
Hiking up your budget still more reveals some even more tempting LEGO sets – including some very new additions. The largest part of the latest brick-built version of Hogwarts Castle, for example, 76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall, is now available for just £136, a £34 price reduction on the LEGO Harry Potter set just a few weeks after it first came to shelves.
Some other familiar faces face no less appealing discounts, including £45 off 10327 Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter at GAME and £30 off 21333 Vincent van Gogh - The Starry Night at John Lewis.
LEGO deals over £150
A discount is never more welcome than on the more expensive LEGO sets out there. John Lewis' sale includes stock of some truly mighty builds – including one that we'd be remiss if we didn't include as often as possible. You can save a massive £147 off the LEGO Star Wars UCS 75192 Millennium Falcon, a huge saving that comes round every now and then but might not last much longer for this particular sale.
