More LEGO Store Easter events and giveaways confirmed

The full scope of the LEGO Group's in-store Easter events in the UK and the US has been confirmed, including a free set and a scavenger hunt.

After an initial event listing for the US and Canada earlier this week, the official LEGO Store website pages in the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada have been updated with the full details you need to know about what's going on in your local stores this Easter.

The plans include the previously-reported free LEGO Easter egg build giveaway, offering a small Easter ornament to enthusiasts on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is intended for children, but everyone should be able to take part in the latter event.

Described only as an Easter hunt, the second Easter event is taking place from April 11 to 19 worldwide, and the key art depicts brick-built Easter eggs, but it's made clear that featured builds will not be made available for purchase. This is likely to be a scavenger hunt where you'll have to look for eggs hidden across the store.

The events will be the same across all regions, but the Easter egg build giveaway in the US is only taking place on one day for two hours instead of two.
