More exhibits you can add to LEGO 10326 Natural History Museum

LEGO 10326 Natural History Museum is offering the most completely brick-built museum experience ever, and there's room for custom exhibits too.

Releasing on December 1 and available to pre-order now for £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99, 10326 Natural History Museum is the latest LEGO Modular Building and by far the biggest museum ever designed. Most LEGO museum sets only encompass a single exhibit and aren't quite comparable to the 4,014-piece structure in 10326 Natural History Museum.

However, that doesn't mean that these past sets can't be used to expand on the foundations of 10326 Natural History Museum. Official images revealing a closer look at the layout of the mode building show where there is space for additional exhibits, though thanks to the nature of LEGO the displays can be swapped out, as they are in real museums.

Sets including 75900 Mummy Museum Mystery, 21110 Research Institute and part of 60200 Capital City can be mixed with 10326 Natural History Museum. The LEGO Adventurers reference in the Scooby Doo sets works particularly well with the new modular building too thanks to a (possible) returning character.

These could add historical and scientific exhibits to the museum and the LEGO Ideas model could also enhance the existing space and dinosaur displays.

Alternatively, there's a lot of free space on the walls that we can see in official images and some swapped pieces could allow room for some fine art. Some suggestions include designs from 21333 Vincent van Gogh - The Starry Night, 60008 Museum Break-in, 10271 Fiat 500 and tomorrow's 40595 Tribute to Galileo Galilei gift-with-purchase. The GWP is scheduled to be available with all orders of £115 / $130 / €130 or more from November 1 to 16.

However, there are more than just historical and scientific exhibits in 10326 Natural History Museum. On the upper floor, an area dedicated to LEGO history is present with a separate LEGO Classic Space display in the space exhibit too. Classic themes are referenced including Castle and Pirates.

However, one of the best sets to represent a modern LEGO theme within 10326 Natural History Museum is 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens. While its museum's exhibits are meant to be an in-universe retelling of the world's history, it includes a miniature model of Destiny's Bounty and 70751 Temple of Airjitzu. Pair this with a spare ninja mask and you've got the makings of another display for the LEGO exhibit in 10326 Natural History Museum.
