Minifigures are going to love LEGO 10329 Tiny Plants

The LEGO Botanical Collection is no stranger to unusual part usage, but 10329 Tiny Plants may be the most minifigure-friendly entry yet.

Revealed earlier today and coming in just over a month, 10329 Tiny Plants is the latest entry in the line of LEGO plants. Similar to its closest counterpart – 10309 Succulents – the set uses all manner of minifigure accessories in new and interesting colours that are sure to shake up minifigure fashion and life.

10309 Succulents only featured the archer headwear element in green for minifigures to use when not part of the plant, but 10329 Tiny Plants has significantly more options for minifigures to pick from.

The jade plant uses the paperboy cap that features in 71037 Series 24 – eight of them to be exact – in dark green. While it first appeared atop the Collectible minifigure, it has since appeared in LEGO City, Icons and Creator, but this new brick is still rare and desirable, especially in dark green for the first time.

The pitcher plant makes use of the long-standing pith helmet piece upside-down for the pitcher. Various explorer minifigures have used this element and it's a popular brick. Pastel green is a unique fashion choice for this headwear (and a new colour for the piece), but it may still suit some minifigures.

Two pairs of pink epaulettes are used for the red sundew as well as many minifigure brushes in maroon. This is a new colour for both elements and it fits the colourful plants depicted in 10329 Tiny Plants. The former would be a particularly bold fashion choice for the soldiers in 10320 Eldorado Fortress, as long as the factions' uniform regulations allow it.

10329 Tiny Plants is coming on December 1, 2023, for £44.99 / $44.99 / €44.99 and pre-orders are open now in the UK, the US and Europe.
