A new kind of LEGO Pick-a-Brick box has been discovered with a key similarity to one of the current boxes, but this one is for LEGOLAND resorts.
On a trip to LEGOLAND Deutschland's LEGO Minifigure Studio, Promobricks has discovered a new Pick a Brick-style box for packaging your customised minifigures at the attraction and it should look familiar. The box is adorned with LEGOLAND branding, but not specifically LEGOLAND Deutschland so that it can be used in other resorts where appropriate.
As featured in our in-depth review of the new boxes, this LEGOLAND box is most similar to the Build-a-Minifigure box, swapping the yellow for blue and the designs on top to focus on minifigure parts even more than before. The LEGOLAND branding is the most significant difference and you can likely expect to only find this in resorts.
Various LEGO stores within LEGOLAND resorts offer Build-a-Minifigure experiences and it may be that the yellow and red boxes will be swapped out in resorts that don't have a separate minifigure attraction. Otherwise, the Minifigure Factory experience is available in various LEGO stores including some in LEGOLAND resorts though it has a unique cardboard box unlike the Pick a Brick boxes.
To those who collect Pick a Brick boxes you may need to plan a trip to a LEGOLAND at some point. At the time of writing, they have only been spotted at LEGOLAND Deutschland.
