There's a rocky road ahead for two LEGO Ideas submissions based on KPop Demon Hunters currently sitting in the second and third reviews of 2025.
For many fans of KPop Demon Hunters, today’s announcement of LEGO sets based on the smash hit animated Netflix movie arriving starting in 2026 will be welcome news. However, for a pair of LEGO Ideas submissions that have made it into the second and third reviews of 2025, the future is sadly looking a little bleaker.
K-Pop Demon Hunters: The Tiger and the Three-Eyed Crow was designed by Aggravator and successfully managed to make it into the 10K club last August, where it joined a record-breaking 145 other fan-made models in the second review of 2025.

That build was then followed by KPop Demon Hunters by TrumanBricks back in November 2025, which made it into the full line-up of 75 LEGO Ideas submissions that crossed the finishing line as part of the third review of the year.
While those achievements are certainly very impressive, it’s highly unlikely that K-Pop Demon Hunters: The Tiger and the Three-Eyed Crow and KPop Demon Hunters will make it any further in the LEGO Ideas judging process, if today's news is anything to go by.
Multiple IPs are regularly submitted to LEGO Ideas, but the risk there is that the LEGO Group may potentially already have been having discussions with possible licensed brands to release models based on the very same such properties.

We won’t know for sure if K-Pop Demon Hunters: The Tiger and the Three-Eyed Crow and KPop Demon Hunters are officially out of the running though until the results of the second and third reviews of 2025 are revealed sometime this year.
In the meantime, the first-ever LEGO KPop Demon Hunters set will be revealed soon, followed by pre-orders opening up in the spring and a full release this summer, with additional models arriving in 2027.
