LEGO Ideas has announced the Grand Prize Winner of its home decor Fresh For February challenge, along with two runners-up.
LEGO Ideas has announced the Grand Prize Winner of the home decor challenge, where fan designers were challenged to build something to enhance their home. The winner is IsleOh with Serene Moments, a build designed to look like an open book on a stand. Tiled letters spell out "FRESH" alongside a pear and further floral elements, accompanied by a tea set.
"This piece beautifully combines nature and imagination in a playful display," wrote the LEGO Ideas team in the blog post announcement.
The Grand Prize means the fan designer will take home 10 LEGO sets as prizes, including but not limited to 31214 LOVE, 10345 Flower Arrangement, 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, 21333 Vincent Van Gogh’s The Starry Night, and 31208 Hokusai – The Great Wave.
The runners-up of the February challenge are East Australian Coffee Table Display by La Brickoleuse and Blooming Flower Key Hanger by Rancor1138. The first is a display build that combines a book and nature-themed decorations, while the latter a brick-built flower that also functions as a place to hang your keys.
