Another LEGO buildable figure is rumoured, this time for Harry Potter in the form of a massive Patronus model – potentially the first of its kind.
Via Reddit user FluffySky6, exabrickslegogo_ on Instagram claims that 76414 Expecto Patronum is coming later this year as the first Patronus buildable figure.
The rumour is that a future LEGO Harry Potter set will depict a buildable Patronus using 754 pieces for $64.99 and that it is due for release in June or August.
Patronus have been in three LEGO Harry Potter sets so far, though each appearance has been limited to a transparent animal element. A brick-built Patronus using so many elements could opt for a completely transparent creation or a mix of transparent and opaque bricks for stability.
Either way, such a model would be a first for LEGO Harry Potter, though it wouldn’t be the first time that the theme has delved into upscaled figures thanks to 76393 Harry Potter & Hermione Granger.
This is only a rumour until officially confirmed otherwise by the LEGO Group.
