LEGO reveals Harry Potter Back to Hogwarts GWPs

The LEGO Group has officially revealed the LEGO Harry Potter Back to Hogwarts GWPs, set to launch on September 1.

September 1 is always a big day for LEGO Harry Potter and the LEGO Group has officially revealed a trio of gifts-with-purchase, set for launch at the beginning of next month. That includes 5009867 Hogsmeade Sign, available for LEGO Insiders on purchases of the newly unveiled 76457 Hogsmeade Village Collectors' Edition before September 7, or while stocks last.

The small metal ornament features a LEGO-style Hogsmeade skyline, paired with signs from Honeydukes, The Three Broomsticks, and The Hog’s Head, all hanging from a gold-colored arch. The arch is etched with LEGO-fied details and mounted on a base engraved with the LEGO Harry Potter logo.

The other two GWPs are tied to minimum spends, with 40770 Hogwarts Castle: Room of Requirement available on LEGO Harry Potter purchases over £115 / €130, and 30706 Quidditch Lesson available with Harry Potter spends over £35 / €40. Both are available between September 1 and 7.

The first is made up of 202 pieces and is based on the Room of Requirement when it becomes a haven for students during the seventh movie, complete with hammocks for sleeping and a portrait of Harry and his friends. It can be folded to fit with the ever-growing modular collection of Hogwarts sets.

30706 Quidditch Lesson returns to a scene from the first movie where Harry learns about Quidditch rules and equipment. It therefore includes LEGO versions of all the balls, as well as a Beater bat and a shooter to throw the balls in the air.
