LEGO Fortnite hides mysterious clues across two new Islands

Two new Islands are available to play now in LEGO Fortnite, with hidden clues spread across the new games and mysterious adventures.

The LEGO Group and Epic Games have launched two new LEGO Islands within Fortnite, adding more play modes to the game. The first combines Fortnite with the LEGO DREAMZzz universe in LEGO Chasers Vs Hunters, where players are divided into two teams of Dream Chasers and Nightmare Hunters. The goal is to use LEGO weapons to shoot their opponents and convert targets, earning dream sand as you go.

Dream sand can be used to build even bigger and better weapons to take on tougher tasks – like the mysterious flying object that will appear and need to be shot down from the sky. Clues will be laid to find out what this spooky creature is, with players earning codes to unlock an overarching secret.

The second Island brings LEGO Monster Fishing to Fortnite, where something dark lurks beneath the surface. Players need to collect fish, escape the creature, and make it to shore to sell their catch and protect the village.

“We’re excited to expand our LEGO Island experiences within Fortnite to give players even more challenging ventures to uncover and explore”, said Kari Vinther Nielsen, Head of Play & Creator Growth at LEGO GAME. “In collaboration with Epic Games, we’ve designed the new Islands to delve into some unexpected horrors and mysteries, just in time for Halloween. We can’t wait to see the creativity and teamwork that players will bring to these thrilling new adventures!”

More clues are hidden in LEGO Parkour Worlds about a bigger mystery that's still to come. What's more, another new game mode is on the way in the form of LEGO Dark Space, where players need to escape by following the light and thinking outside the box.

For creative Fortnite players, today is also the reveal of the Scary Space template and gallery, which creators can use to publish their own spooky LEGO Islands in keeping with this time of year. You can use Verse Code to create jump scares and build a whole variety of scary items with the new LEGO Gallery. See what's possible with the Scary Space demo Island, playable using island code 6232-6041-8173.

The two new LEGO Islands in Fortnite, LEGO Chaser Vs Hunters and LEGO Monster Fishing, and the Scary Space template and gallery are available to play on Fortnite now.
