The first details regarding LEGO DUPLO Formula 1 sets have emerged, with 10445 F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers rumoured to be racing into view.
LEGO racing fans will no doubt be holding their collective breath at the moment, with days to go until the potential reveal of new Formula 1 sets. A countdown clock on the official online store should run out sometime on November 20, potentially giving us our first look at multiple LEGO F1 builds for 2025.
Recent rumours suggest that licensed LEGO F1 sets may well encompass a variety of themes next year, including the like of Icons, City and Speed Champions. However, the only confirmed theme to date is DUPLO, with the first details of one such upcoming set now being reported by reliable Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat.
10445 F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers is said to be a 70-piece model that might retail for $44.99 / €44.99. The LEGO DUPLO build is said to come with three small cars that can be customised by replacing the sloped front and rear spoiler of each vehicle.
In addition, 10445 F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers is also reported to feature three drivers that are each constructed from two 2x4 bricks. It’s not known at this stage if the LEGO DUPLO drivers are based on real-life racers or are just generic characters.
The rumour goes on to state that the vehicles included in 10445 F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers could also boast Red Bull, Ferrari, Aston Martin, McLaren, Kick Sauber, Haas, Mercedes, Williams and Alpine colour schemes.
As usual, do treat all of the information above with a pinch of salt for now until such time as the LEGO Group confirms the model’s existence.
