The LEGO Group has confirmed a Star Trek LEGO set is on its way with a teaser video, as well as a first look at a central minifigure.
The LEGO Group has shared a video tagging Star Trek on Facebook, with the caption: 'Set phasers to build!'. With a Star Trek LEGO set already rumoured for this year's flagship Black Friday release, the video seems to confirm that something Trekkie is on the way.
There's no sign of the set itself in the video, but an animated Captain Picard minifigure can be seen, turning around to offer a look at the classic uniform and face print. The video ends with 'Coming soon' written in Klingon (with a translation underneath for the uninitiated).
There's no clear indication of what the set will actually be, but the rumoured details claim the set will be 10356 USS Enterprise D, accompanied by an exclusive GWP, a Type-15 Shuttlepod. Of course, those details should be taken with a pinch of salt until the LEGO Group officially reveals the set. That said, this teaser likely means a full reveal is not too far away.
