LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 6 sets available to pre-order

The LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 6 sets are available to pre-order now in the latest round of crowdfunding.

Series 6 of the BrickLink Designer Program is ready to pre-order now. As a quick reminder, a minimum of 3,000 backers is required for each set to enter production, a minimum that has always been reached so far. To pre-order, click the instant buy links in the table to add a set to your LEGO.com basket. You'll check out just as you would with any other LEGO purchase.

In past series, up to 30,000 copies of each set were available to pre-order, but in Series 5, BrickLink tested out adjusting the numbers available in real-time, reducing the limit for less popular sets and allocating their production capacity to the biggest sellers. That meant more copies were available of the most popular sets.

It's the same story for Series 6. That also means there aren't any progress bars to show sets selling out. While the new system should mean that popular sets won't sell out, as with some of the quickfire earlier series, the lack of notice means that if all sets are selling well, stock for any one set might vanish without warning.

Pre-orders close in just one week, on October 13. As with any limited runs, it's always best to get in early to avoid disappointment, so head over to BrickLink to snag the set (or sets) you're after.
