The next series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program has officially begun with Series 7 now accepting submissions from across the community.
Hopefully, your custom creations are ready to stand a chance at becoming a future official LEGO BrickLink set as series 7 is now accepting submissions for the next 11 days. Head to BrickLink now to submit your builds and we'd recommend starting the process sooner rather than later in case you need to resubmit the builds with any required changes.
There are new guidelines to be aware of for this series, most notably including avoiding fossil fuels unless showcasing historical methods of transportation that rely on fossil fuels or when honouring existing real-world vehicles. Otherwise, consider making generic vehicles electric-powered. You'll also need to avoid showing any destruction of natural environments for human benefit.
It's a fair bit to keep track of but thankfully, you've got just under 11 days to figure out any reworks before the open submission phase ends, moving to crowd support on February 10, 2025. Here's a closer look at the full planned timeline for Series 7, which will result in five more BrickLink builds shipping out from July 2026.
