Every LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 set already funded

Less than an hour after pre-orders went live, all five LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 sets have already been crowdfunded.

Five new fan-designed LEGO BrickLink Designer Program sets are now available for pre-order, as crowdfunding for Series 2 has officially kicked off. Each model requires a minimum of 3,000 orders to become a physical set, with a maximum of 30,000 of each build available and a limit of two sets per household.

Somewhat surprisingly, just less than an hour after going live, all five LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 sets have already been crowdfunded, with each model meeting its minimum order target.

At the time of this writing, 910034 Brick Cross Train Station and 910037 Mushroom House are attracting the most attention and it’s highly possible that both LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 sets may sell out within days.

All successfully crowdfunded LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 models will then enter the production stage and be shipped in about six months. Note that Bricklink does state that ‘actual dates and shipping times may vary,’ so you’ll need to factor that in if you’re waiting for any purchased builds to arrive.

The five LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 finalists have created a wide range of sets to purchase, with price points from £69.99 / $89.99 / €79.99 up to £229.99 / $279.99 / €259.99. For more details and images of each of the fan-designed builds, take a look at our breakdown here.

Many previous LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series models have tended to sell out very quickly, so if you see a set that you’re interested in, it’s probably best to place your order sooner rather than late. As a reminder, once each LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 build has reached its 30,000 target, it’ll effectively then be gone for good.

Crowdfunding for all of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 models will end on June 30 at 8pm GMT / 4pm ET / 1pm PT, followed by the successfully backed sets then moving onto the production and shipping phases later this year.
