LEGO Botanicals to become its own theme in 2025

Following today’s announcement of four new sets for 2025, the LEGO Botanicals collection will also become its own specific theme next year.

Four new LEGO Botanical Collection sets were officially revealed today, with the models arriving online and in stores early next year. 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, 10343 Mini Orchid and 10344 Lucky Bamboo will all be available from January 1, followed by 10345 Flower Arrangement on February 1.

In addition, the four builds will also be branching away from LEGO Icons, with LEGO Botanicals becoming its own theme in 2025. The announcement is reflected in a slightly tweaked packaging design across the quartet of sets, with a new theme-specific logo.

The LEGO Botanical Collection has been part of the LEGO Icons range since the former launched in 2021 and has continued to grow in popularity ever since then. We’ve even gone so far as to pronounce 2024 as being the year of the plant and flower-based theme, with the likes of 10328 Bouquet of Roses and 10369 Plum Blossom released this year to an eager audience looking for more mindful models.

That consumer base looks likely to expand once again in 2025, with today’s reveal of four new LEGO Botanicals sets and its status as a standalone theme being a clear testament to the success of the creative builds launched to date.

As well as 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, 10343 Mini Orchid, 10344 Lucky Bamboo and 10345 Flower Arrangement, a LEGO Botanicals polybag will also be arriving in 2025. Fans can expect to pick up 30701 Field Flowers at some point next year, with the packaging of the upcoming set reflecting the new direction for the standalone theme.

Today’s announcement follows in the footsteps of 31214 LOVE being revealed this week, with the LEGO Art theme also receiving a stylish new logo.

Coinciding with the launch of the three LEGO Botanicals sets on January 1, 2025, the LEGO Group has also confirmed that 10345 Flower Arrangement will be available for LEGO Insiders to pre-order on the same date.
