LEGO Art's rumoured Milky Way model has new reported details that suggest a similar build to
Instagram user itavixbrix (via brick_clicker) states that 31213 Milky Way Galaxy is coming on May 15, similar to another recently rumoured space set. It's worth noting that a banner at this year's London Toy Fair advertising the new space collection spanning multiple themes confirmed that entries were on the way for LEGO Icons and LEGO Art.
The new details for the previously rumoured model have amended the originally reported set number and name to 31213 Milky Way Galaxy with 3,091 pieces for $199.99.
The build is believed to use a combination of pieces, plates and studs to make a display-focused recreation of the galaxy. That sounds similar to the mosaic-style models inspired by images taken by the Hubble Space Telescope featured in LEGO stores in 2021 but it's also stated to be similar to
No new sets for LEGO Art have been confirmed at the time of writing and this rumour is worth taking with some caution in case the details are inaccurate. The set number that 31213 Milky Way Galaxy was rumoured to have was originally reported to be for a Mona Lisa build, though the two may have simply switched places.
