LEGO and Smyths Toys confirmed for The British Motor Show 2026

The British Motor Show will play host to the LEGO Group and Smyths Toys once again this year, with both companies now confirmed for the 2026 event.

Fans of all things vehicle-based can now add an upcoming annual event to their diaries, one that should also be of interest to LEGO builders. The British Motor Show is back once again this year, taking place at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre from August 21 – August 23, 2026, with both the LEGO Group and Smyths Toys confirmed to be in attendance.

Pitched as a dedicated LEGO & Smyths Zone, a colourful and creative playground will welcome visitors to The British Motor Show and feature plenty of activities and family fun, such as build tables, themed challenges, special guests, live demos and much more taking place at the LEGO Live Stage.

An expanded LEGO Motor Show Shop will also be available, with all kinds of must-have sets for guests to purchase, as well as surprises and playful photo spots, plus free make and take race cars, although there are no details at this stage as to exactly what those might be.

In addition, shoppers who visit the Smyths Toys Farnborough store on March 1 will also be able to check out a life-sized LEGO Aston Martin F1 car from 10am to 4pm. The massive 1:1 scale brick-built vehicle was previously showcased at the 2025 Miami Grand Prix, with the retailer giving away more freebies on the day.

The good news for those planning to pop down to The British Motor Show this year is that early bird tickets are currently up for grabs until May 31, under 17s go free with a paying adult, and adult and family tickets are all available to book right here.
