Last chance to pick up sold-out LEGO Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Marvel sets

Missed out on retiring LEGO Star Wars, Harry Potter and Marvel sets at LEGO.com? Retailers including John Lewis still have stock – but you’ll need to be quick…

This year’s crop of retiring sets are already beginning to sell out at the official online store, so your only hope of snagging any remaining stock in the wild is by turning to third-party retailers. John Lewis, for example, still has a few copies left of sold-out sets like 75301 Luke Skywalker’s X-wing Fighter, 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama, 76403 The Ministry of Magic and 76193 The Guardians’ Ship.

Head to John Lewis to buy 75301 Luke Skywalker’s X-wing Fighter while stocks last.

These sets are full price at John Lewis at the minute, but that could still wind up being cheaper than paying aftermarket prices once they’ve fully sold out everywhere. And you’d be wise to move fast, as even John Lewis is starting to run short on certain models: only eight copies of 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama and six copies of 76193 The Guardians’ Ship are available at the time of writing.

Sets like 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama feel like shoo-ins for climbing in price on the aftermarket, as often happens for early sets in long-running subthemes (and the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Collection shows no signs of slowing down), so you’d be wise to hop on that one in particular while you still can.

Some sets that have sold out at LEGO.com have also sold out at John Lewis already, such as 75336 Inquisitor Transport Scythe and 71767 Ninja Dojo Temple. We’re really in the eye of the storm for retiring sets at the moment, and time is running out even faster than usual to make any last-minute purchases. There are zero guarantees any remaining retiring sets will still be in stock come Black Friday, for example, which wasn’t always the case in previous years.
