Treat yourself to the LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight experience early with two mods and a copy of Batman: Arkham Knight.
Since its reveal this summer, fans have been quick to draw comparisons between the Batman: Arkham game series and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The combat, grappling, gliding, vehicles and other features in the LEGO title bear a striking similarity to the Arkham games.
These notable similarities have now inspired one fan to combine a couple of mods for Batman: Arkham Knight to create a convincing early LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight experience. Their new video features no gameplay from the 2026 title, but you'd be forgiven for thinking that this is LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
This combination of mods, both of which are available for free for PC players, remixes Batman to be his LEGO minifigure as seen in the upcoming title, and changes the Batmobile to be brick-built. This specific Batmobile design has yet to be confirmed for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, but we can only hope this vehicle will appear in the title for an even closer comparison once the game is available.

For now, this video serves as an example of just how the new LEGO game has been inspired by the Arkham game series. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is due for release in 2026, and while we wait for more information to arrive, you can rewatch the behind-the-scenes featurette.
