LEGO Stores will be hosting another unique make and take event this month, with visitors able to get their hands on a free Gaming Controller model.
An all-new make and take event is coming to LEGO Stores this month, one that will offer up a free model for those who visit their nearest official retail location on specific dates. Up for grabs this time will be a LEGO Gaming Controller, a build that consists of a selection of blue, yellow, magenta and black elements.
LEGO Stores in the UK and Ireland will be hosting the make and take event on September 20 from 10am to 12pm and then again on September 21 from 12pm to 2pm. Some European LEGO Stores will be offering up the free LEGO Gaming Controller build earlier or later in the month, so you’re best checking in advance to find out if your nearest location will be participating in the promotion.

Those in attendance at the make and take events will be able to assemble their own LEGO Gaming Controller there and then or construct the free video game model later on at home. Note that a limited quantity of the LEGO Gaming Controller will be available on each day (while stocks last), with one build permitted per person, on a first come first served basis.
LEGO Stores in the US and Canada are also confirmed to be getting in on the video game action over the next few weeks, with gaming-themed build challenges and hands-on demonstrations taking place from now through to October 2025, although no specific details of what those may entail have been revealed at the time of this writing.

In addition, a Game Controller Bag Charm is currently available to LEGO Insiders in the Rewards Centre for 600 points. Once redeemed, members will receive a promotional code for the item to use with future LEGO.com purchases, which is valid for 60 days.
