Free LEGO Father's Day model coming to LEGO Stores soon

Free LEGO Father's Day model coming to LEGO Stores soon

June is a good month for free LEGO models in the US and Canada, as a second make and take event has been announced for Father's Day.

Following quickly in the footsteps of the free Thunderfang model offered this weekend, it's already been confirmed that World Play Day will see another free LEGO build given away at LEGO Stores on June 11. You might want to plan a trip to your local LEGO Store (in the US and Canada) before then, though.

Another free LEGO model has been confirmed for June 8 to commemorate Father's Day, depicting a table tennis paddle. You'll need to plan a trip to your LEGO Store on June 8 between 12pm and 2pm, or June 7 at the same times at two specific LEGO Stores.

That's two giveaways in one week for those in the US and Canada. Father's Day in other regions occurs at the same time, and the paddle build may be released around the world. Note that neither it nor the World Play Day planet has been announced for release outside of the US and Canada yet.

Free modelDates (US and Canada)

June 7 from 12pm to 2pm only at the Garden State in Paramus, NJ and at the University Place in Orem, UT stores

As usual, the event operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and the free models' stock will be limited. We recommend getting to your local LEGO Store early, and remember that the event is intended for children aged six and up.
