The Aston Martin Formula 1 team has revealed
The new LEGO Speed Champions set is currently on back order in the UK and Europe and includes the AMR23, the Aston Martin Vantage safety car and two minifigures for £44.99 / $44.99 / €49.99.
"I have grown up as a huge fan of Aston Martin, so working with them on this set fulfilled a lifelong dream," shared LEGO designer Dan Squirrell. "I especially enjoyed working with the team at Aston Martin and my colleagues at the LEGO Group to get the details just right, by finding new ways to use the bricks to get the correct shapes."
"We are excited about this collaboration with the LEGO Group to bring the Aston Martin Aramco and Aston Martin Lagonda brands together in one pack," commented Matthew Chapman, head of Licensing and Merchandise at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.
"Each model in the set showcases our famous British racing green colours, and we cannot wait for fans to get their hands on this to add to their car collections."
A short video featuring Fernando Alonso has also been released as the Aston Martin driver gets hands-on with part of the new set.
