Everything we know about LEGO 2K Goooal! so far

With LEGO 2K Drive already available and well into its extra content, the rumoured LEGO 2K football game has had a lot revealed recently.

The rumoured LEGO 2K Goooal!, a name that has since been confirmed via game ratings, was originally reported to be part of a multi-game partnership between the LEGO Group and 2K Games. That partnership was then confirmed with the reveal and subsequent release of LEGO 2K Drive earlier this year.

While it has yet to be confirmed, it appears that the second title is on the way in the form of LEGO 2K Goooal!. This month has seen a few reveals for the rumoured game which you may have missed among the many other announcements.

Note that some of these details have appeared on an Amazon listing that has since been taken down, suggesting that they might not be entirely accurate. We’ll know for sure when the rumoured game is officially announced.

According to a listing from the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee, LEGO 2K Gooal will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Those are the same platforms as LEGO 2K Drive.

Price

A listing from Amazon, that has since been taken down, had the game listed as costing £37.40. LEGO 2K Drive’s standard edition launched for £49.99 / $59.99 so it may be that the listing was incorrect and the rumoured LEGO 2K Goooal! Will be a similar price.

The removed listing from Amazon mentioned that the game is releasing on September 15. Provided this is accurate, an announcement may be made soon.

Possible polybag

LEGO 30629 Finnius Dash polybag

At the start of the original rumours for a partnership between the LEGO Group and 2K Games, a polybag surfaced on the official certification page with the logo of the latter company in the corner. This polybag, 30629 Finnius Dash, was not released as part of LEGO 2K Drive and its design teases football, possibly tying it to the rumoured LEGO 2K Goooal!.
