Thanks to an early image of LEGO Icons 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire, here's every minifigure now confirmed for the upcoming set.
We haven't got any confirmed details of 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire and that includes a list of minifigures but an initial image revealed early has given us a good idea of what minifigures are set to come in the LEGO Icons set. That includes who we think are three brand-new minifigures making their debut – Rosie Cotton and Everard and Aurora Proudfoot – as well as some returning familiar faces.
While many of the characters have appeared in either or both 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell and 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr, even this unclear look at them seems to show that there are new additions to the minifigure designs to keep things interesting. After all, when we meet Frodo in either Rivendell or Barad-dûr, he's been travelling but in the Shire, he's at home and ready to party.
Here's a look at who we think we spotted in 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire and what new design features might be on the way.

It's worth noting that this is just what we've spotted in the early image and this list of nine minifigures is not a confirmed or final list of minifigures. There could be more characters hidden in other photos of 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire, or we might have misidentified a couple, particularly the Proudfoots. We won't know for sure who's included in the LEGO Icons set until we get an official reveal from the LEGO Group.
However, with the designer signings for 10354 The Shire billed for April, we shouldn't be too far off a full confirmation of what's to come.
