Take a closer look at LEGO 40507 I Love Billund’s hidden details

There are plenty of details and Easter eggs packed into 40507 I Love Billund, so take a closer look at what can be found in this year’s LEGO House exclusive set.

40507 I Love Billund was revealed to the world today, with the 1,404-piece model intended to be a journey through the company’s history as represented by some very familiar locations. With three landscape builds connected by a shared base, those lucky enough to assemble the upcoming LEGO House exclusive for 2026 will be able to discover multiple surprises found around every corner.

Each microscale section of 40507 I Love Billund features miniature LEGO landmarks, designed to celebrate the city's past, present and future. Taking a closer look at each landscape module reveals multiple points of interest and numerous Easter eggs just waiting to be discovered.

LEGO House

The centre of 40507 I Love Billund features the LEGO House, instantly recognisable by its stacked brick design. Of note to be spotted in this section are a miniature version of the Tree of Creativity within the building and a crane to symbolise the ever-evolving nature of the LEGO Group, as well as the famous moulding machine.

Builders will also be able to find a gold trophy element celebrating the LEGO MASTERS Academy, four small red, yellow, green and blue Experience Zones inside, plus a red and white Danish flag flying over the Billund location.

LEGOLAND Billund

The world’s first-ever LEGO theme park is also represented in 40507 I Love Billund, including a number of iconic rides. Easter eggs to tick off in this landscape module are the Dragon rollercoaster making its way through the castle towers, as well as a miniature train that plays homage to Miniland’s many nostalgic rides.

In addition, the microscale LEGOLAND Billund boasts tiny versions of one of the theme park’s red and white guards, along with a gateway welcoming visitors to the location, the attraction’s view tower, a small slice of Copenhagen to be found in Miniland and even a cow as a nod to Billund’s rural past.

LEGO Campus, Ole Kirk’s House and LEGO System House

The final part of 40507 I Love Billund is its most packed, being comprised of the LEGO Campus with green roof gardens, a new baby figure with pants which represents the giant statue at the real location, as well as the classic yellow LEGO duck, a red airplane as a tribute to what would eventually become Billund Airport and the LEGO System House.

A brick-built take on Ole Kirk’s House can be seen at the front of 40507 I Love Billund, with the building featuring a couple of Easter eggs inside that show two LEGO designers making a red car, with another LEGO duck in the next room.

The third landscape module is completed with a miniature version of the Kornmarken Factory, one that has its own tiny yellow delivery truck parked outside, as well as numerous interior production details referencing the company’s various manufacturing processes.

Once fully assembled, builders will be able to follow a subtle pathway that leads through the finished 40507 I Love Billund, a route that reflects the actual Playline that connects major LEGO landmarks across the Danish city.
