The brand new LEGO gift-with-purchase 40600 Disney 100 Years Celebration is available from today at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores, celebrating Disney’s 100th birthday in style.
You’ll need to spend at least £95 / $100 / €100 specifically on LEGO Disney products to bring home the 226-piece set, which includes a brand new and exclusive Mickey Mouse minifigure. The good news is that also available from today (for VIP members) is 43222 Disney Castle, which automatically qualifies for its accompanying gift-with-purchase.
40600 Disney 100 Years Celebration is built in three interchangeable and rearrangeable modules: one depicting Walt Disney’s desk, another recreating a screening room with projector, and a third bearing a brick-built ‘100’ with a birthday cake. Together they celebrate the centennial of probably the biggest powerhouse in Hollywood right now.
You can also customise your copy of the free gift by adding your own artwork and photos – maybe of a recent trip to Disneyland, or just a snapshot of your copy of 43222 Disney Castle once built, if you want to get properly meta – as each of the set’s segments includes a paper-sized slot. The new Mickey minifigure tops off the package while complementing the castle nicely, too.
